When a published fact is wrong, we fix the page and log it here with the date. A last-updated stamp without a content change is not a correction.

What triggers a correction?

A number, date, legal status, medicine classification, or source link that does not match the cited UK publication. We also correct wording that implies a duty is already law when it is still on a published timetable. We do not log copy-edits, internal-link repairs, or design changes.

    CMA vet-market timetable stated as already in force

    Earlier wording on CMA pricing, ownership and prescription-fee guides implied the March 2026 remedies were already legally binding for every UK practice. The CMA's final report was published on 24 March 2026; legally binding Orders are due by 23 September 2026, with staggered compliance into 2027. We rewrote the affected guides against the official GOV.UK timetable and case page.
