- Do I need an account to use the tools?
- No. Calculators and the symptom checker run in your browser. My pet health stores records locally on your device — we do not create a login.
- Which tool should I use first in an emergency?
- Call your vet. If you are unsure how urgent it is, use the symptom checker, then the out-of-hours directory. Poison calculators are a prompt only — still phone after chocolate, grapes, onions or other toxins.
