Your practice is almost certainly already listed. Use the claim section on this page: the email is pre-filled, we verify every claim manually (an email from the practice's own domain or a phone callback to the published number) and activate it within 5 working days. Claiming is free and stays free.

Can I cancel a paid listing at any time?

Yes. There is no minimum term and no notice period — manage or cancel your subscription via the link in your Stripe receipt, or email us. Paid features run to the end of the paid period, then the listing returns to the free tier. Your basic listing is never removed for cancelling.

What happens after I pay via Stripe?

Stripe emails you a receipt immediately, and the payment is tagged to PETHEALTH+ in our Stripe account. Email us your practice name (or reply to your receipt) and we set your paid features live within 5 working days while the self-serve dashboard is in development.
