Cookie notice

PETHEALTH+ uses only strictly-necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We may use cookieless aggregate web analytics (see below) to understand which pages are read — not to profile you for ads.

Strictly-necessary cookies

Strictly-necessary cookies are needed for the website to work securely and correctly. They do not track you across other sites and are not used for advertising or analysis. Because they are essential to providing the site you requested, they do not require consent.

Stripe checkout cookies

If you choose to make a voluntary donation, the payment is handled by Stripe, which may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. These are set by Stripe and are described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Cookieless web analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics — such as page views and referrers — without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. This helps us see which health guides UK owners find useful. Cloudflare's privacy information is in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Affiliate tracking cookies

PETHEALTH+ itself does not set affiliate tracking cookies. Partner links marked * travel via our /out disclosure page — and only then may the partner or its affiliate network set its own tracking cookies so a referral can be attributed. Amazon is different: those links go straight to Amazon, and Amazon may set its own cookies on arrival to attribute a referral (Amazon's own attribution window, commonly 24 hours). In every case the cookies are set by the partner on their own site under their own cookie and privacy notices, including Amazon's. Where consent is required, it is handled through the partner's cookie preferences on their site.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or clear cookies for any site. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working correctly.

For more on the limited data we process, see our privacy policy.
